Return & Exchange Policy

The customer is entitled to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been used.
The customer shall bear the shipping fees.

The customer also has the right to request an exchange in the event that the product arrives damaged due to shipping or if the wrong product is delivered, provided that the complaint is submitted within the first 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

• We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse. We reserve the right to approve or reject returns for products that do not meet the above conditions.
